Administrative Assistant

St Lawrence’s CE Primary School

Grade 4, Level 1-4: £23,045 to £24, 213 per annum (reduced pro rata to £10, 013 to £10,520). Pay award pending. 

Permanent Contract

19 hours per week (8:15am to 1pm 4 days per week), term time only

St Lawrence’s Primary School are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our office team from 2nd September 2024.

Acting as first point of reference for parents and carers as well as visitors, staff and children, you will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.

The post requires someone who:

  • Is well organised and efficient
  • Used to dealing with a diverse workload
  • Has the ability to work under pressure
  • Has strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Is able to communicate effectively with parents, staff, pupils and a range of outside agencies
  • Is friendly, welcoming and approachable, with a good sense of humour and welcomes a challenge!

There will be extensive use of PC based programmes so a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google products is required.

Experience of managing pupil data systems would be an advantage, as would previous experience of working within a school/similar setting. However, training will be provided as appropriate.

Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant

Pathfinder Multi Academy Trust

Grade: 5 Level 1-4 (currently £24,629 – £25,779). Starting point negotiable depending on experience.

Two part time positions available, each between 14.8 to 29.6 hours per week.
One is Full Year and the other is a Term Time only position.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance Team at our thriving Multi Academy Trust.

The Trust is undergoing a period of growth and currently includes 14 schools (two secondary schools and 12 primary schools). We are also working with a number of other schools who are in the process of joining the Trust.

As part of this expansion, we are seeking to recruit 2 Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistants to work as part of the Trust’s wider Finance Team. The post holders will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the end to end Purchase Ledger process for the Trust.

We are looking for applicants with a strong knowledge of purchase ledger, ideally with experience of working with Paperless and SAGE 200 (although this is not essential).

After School Club Manager

Rufforth Primary School

Grade 5 Level 1

Monday to Friday – 3pm – 6.15pm term time only plus 8 hours per year for training requirements. There could be flexibility regarding working hours.

Rufforth Primary School are looking to appoint an After School Club Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of the care and activity programme for children within a positive, safe and happy environment.

Qualifications are not essential; however, a relevant level 2 qualification would be desirable. Experience working with children is essential. The successful candidates will join a hardworking and conscientious team.

Cleaning Assistant
