This is an exciting opportunity to join the Central Team of this thriving Multi Academy Trust that consists of thirteen schools across York. We have one large secondary school and twelve primary schools employing more than 750 staff in total.

The main purpose of the role is to support trust-wide accountability and quality assurance procedures to enable compliance in a range of areas including health and safety, recruitment, data protection (GDPR), ESFA and educational requirements.

The role will also be responsible for identifying, monitoring operational risks whilst liaising with school staff and trust leaders.

You will need to have experience in current Health & Safety and GDPR Law and Legislation, with a proven understanding of policies and procedures.

Payroll and HR System Manager

37 Hours a week, Monday to Friday, Permanent
Full time/Part time – Flexibility for the right candidate

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Central Team of this thriving Multi Academy Trust that consists of thirteen schools across York. We have one large secondary school and twelve primary schools employing more than 750 staff in total.

The main purpose of the role is to manage the Trust’s Payroll/HR system to provide an efficient and effective service whilst leading a team to ensure key HR systems and payroll services are delivered in a timely, professional and customer focused way.

You will need to have significant payroll experience, ideally within a similar size HR & Payroll environment as well as a good understanding of current Payroll and HR legislation.
